We operate on an appointment-only basis. No walk-ins accepted.

Please book 1-3 days in advance via Website, and a £5-£10 deposit is required, which will be deducted from your final payment.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

The deposit is also non-refundable for last-minute cancellations. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

After two last-minute cancellations, we will no longer accept appointments from you.

Please inform us in advance if you need eyelash removal/application, upper/lower lashes, or additional density, so we can allocate sufficient time.

If you need rhinestones, accessories, extensions, hand painting, or complex designs：please let us know in advance for time allocation.

We welcome inquiries with pictures for pricing but do not negotiate prices. Free repairs within one week, after which charges will apply based on the design.
